Teri has global experience executing Fortune 500 audits, internal audits, Sarbanes Oxley compliance reviews and revenue recovery examinations in Europe, Asia, and the American Continent.

Teri has more than 20 years of financial experience with expertise in the analysis and development of claim efforts for large, complicated and data-rich entities.
Teri has more than 14 years specializing in the accounting for disaster recovery. Teri served as an integral member of the insurance advisory services team assisting a quasi-government entity following the events of September 11, 2001. Insurance recovery was over $2 billion dollars.
Teri supported litigation efforts resulting from 9/11.
Recently, Ms. Gauquie provided expert accounting and accounting insurance services to support the disaster recovery of Superstorm Sandy. Efficient and effective insurance settlement was achieved within six months.

Teri continues to provide disaster recovery services for multi-billion dollar losses. She has extensive experience in both FTA and FEMA recovery and resiliency programs.
Ms. Gauquie has spent the over 17 years
immersed in some of the world’s largest loses. She has effectively dealt with the complications inherent to multi-location damages for airports, ports, real estate, rail systems, tunnels, bridges and terminals. She has dealt with numerous agencies within one of the world's largest cities. Ms. Gauquie’s broad financial and disaster recovery experience makes her a valuable resource to clients for whom she puts her expertise to work.

DISASTER RECOVERY EXPERIENCE
Superstorm Sandy, November 2012-Current
Teri provided expert insurance accounting support to successfully settle over $400M in an insurance settlement within 6 months. Provided expert accounting services to assist quasi-government entity with the preparation, processing and coordination of multi-billion dollar FEMA and FTA grants related to the damage and destruction of multi-state properties including airports, ports and rail in New York and New Jersey.

Teri - through TMG CONSULTING LLC, her 100% women owned WBE - currently provides expert grant closeout services for Sandy related FEMA grants through a sub-contract to the prime to the City of New York.
September 11 Terrorist Attacks, 2001
Successfully assisted a quasi-government entity, and property owner in the preparation and processing of multi-billion dollar insurance claims related to the events of September 11, 2001.
Led accounting based element of the Loss Recovery Team in compiling loss information and supporting documentation for the insurance, business interruption and FEMA claims; developed format and assisted client to establish the preliminary loss assessment (“PLA”). The PLA was presented to the Board of Commissioners and external funding sources. The PLA became the backbone of the financial reporting system for the 9/11 recovery. Developed and managed document retention system. Actively participated in status and reporting meetings with the client executive internal insurance coordination team consisting of the CFO, COO, treasurer, comptroller, executive directors and selected managerial staff; and actively participated in status and reporting meetings with the insurance recovery team, client executives, and adjusters. Successfully recovered over $2.2 billion dollars.
In addition provided dispute and litigation advisory services to effectively manage numerous dockets and provide support for thousands of claims brought by first responders.

Damage and destruction of the 2nd largest interstate heavy rail rapid transit system connecting Newark, Jersey City and Hoboken in New Jersey with lower and mid-town Manhattan in New York City.
